About Return/Refund Policy

Indian customers:- You may return all items sold by FI Corp within 5-7 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in a good condition. *Notice: Damage and in bad condition are not allowed to be returned. After submitting a return request, you can either schedule a pickup or mail the return package by yourself. The pickup fee is ₹150/package, which will be deducted from your refund total. But if it is our fault for a return (like wrong products or damaged products), Please find customer service under My Account for a free pickup. *All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received.Customers from other countries. Please contact support center of our app for the return. We do not accept returns for the products after the said timelines

You can directly mail us @ sales@freelanceindiacorp.in you have share the Transaction ID or Order ID or Ref. Id in the mail subject with Photos & video of the product attached in mail body along with contact details. Our representative will reach to you within 24 hours.

REFUND POLICY FOR MSME REGISTRATION

1. REFUND OF PAYMENT RECEIVED For any reason if your business cannot be registered in MSME and not able to provide you MSME certificate then 100% of money will be refunded in the same mode you have paid. 2. REFUND REQUEST Refund request can be send at sales@freelanceindiacorp.in Refund request can be made within 10 days of online application made. 3. REFUND TIME FRAME We will process your refund request within 5 to 7 business days of receiving all the information required for processing refund like reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc. 4. CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION You cannot cancel the registration once applied. No Refund will be provided once the application is done and MSME Certificate is issued. 5. ISSUANCE OF MSME CERTIFICATE MSME Registration certificate Applied online, will be delivered within 24 hours to the Email Id provided in the online application form. 6. FORCE MAJEURE Freelance India Corp shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

What are the details I must provide for a bank NEFT transfer?

When can I expect refund for my cancelled order?

Refund If you cancelled the order before shipment, we would start the refund almost immediately. Incase you cancelled the order after shipment, it might take upto 6 days to initiate the refund. Bank takes additional 7 to 10 business days to credit the amount. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.

How can I submit my bank's NEFT details if the link in the email does not work?

Don't worry! Write to our sales team with your complete bank NEFT details in sales@freelanceindiacorp.in

I have not received the reimbursement of my courier charges. What do I do?

You need to mail us your airway bill/courier receipt at 'sales@freelanceindiacorp.in'. We will reimburse the charges to your bank account via NEFT transfer.

What are the different modes of refund available?

Refunds are made to the original modes of payment for: Credit cards Debit cards Netbanking For cash on delivery, refund will be to your bank account. E-Gift cards will be refunded in the form of E-Gift vouchers.

Replacement

1. Once we receive your original item we will initiate replacement in 2 days. We will send you an email/SMS with the replacement details and delivery dates.   2. Can you arrange the Pick up the item I want to return/replace? Yes, we will pick your item up. In case we are unable to pick it up, you can courier it to us and we will immediately reimburse it to your bank account. All you need to do is provide the airway bill/courier receipt.​ 3. Our 7 Days Easy Returns Policy allows you to replace/return your item within 7 days of delivery. 'For More Info' to read more on this policy. 4. If the item is not available, we will initiate refund. #Do I also need to return the free gift when I return an item? Yes, this will enable refund/replacement.

Can I cancel part or anytime before delivery of my order?

Yes, if you placed an order with many items, you can cancel delivery for each of them. But if it is part of a combo or clubbed with another item, the entire set/combo will be cancelled. Go to My Orders/Cart  and tap on order you wish to cancel. Click on CANCEL button.Cancellation is not allowed if the order has been shipped.

Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement?

Most of the items available on the website are eligible for return. However, there are a few exceptions.The best way to check weather an item is returnable or not, you can refer to the product details page - look under - Product Description section In case of branded electronic items, the return/repair/replacement policy of the brand will apply. Why was my order cancelled?

If you cancelled your order, the status would show as Order Cancelled. In rare scenario, if cancels your order, the cancellation reason will be mentioned on the Order details page & if you have made pre-payment for the item, we will refund your money back.

Can I cancel my order anytime before delivery and How ?

No, Cancellation is not allowed if the order has been shipped.

Why can't I cancel a particular item?

You might have ordered a non-cancellable product (e.g automobile) or you have already requested for cancellation. We will work on your request, you need not cancel it again. Also if you have placed a cash on delivery order, you can't cancel the order till the order gets verified or order has been shipped.
